When will my order ship?
Ready‑to‑Ship items are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Pre‑orders ship on the timeline listed in each product description.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you email us within 12 hours of ordering we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

How do I track my package?
You’ll receive a shipping‑confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.
My package is lost or delayed — what should I do?
Contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If you still need assistance, email us and we’ll help file a claim or locate the shipment.

If I order in‑stock items with a pre‑order, will they ship together?
Yes — in‑stock pieces purchased alongside pre‑orders ship once all items are ready so you only pay one shipping fee.

Because personalized pieces are made just for you, they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do your sizes run?
