Return Policy

At Little Love James, we take pride in the quality and care behind every piece. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at info@littlelovejames.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

For voluntary returns or exchanges (i.e., you changed your mind, wrong size, etc.), the following conditions apply:

• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
• Tags must still be attached.
• Item must be purchased directly from our website.
• Final Sale and personalized items are not eligible for return.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

You may return items using your preferred shipping method, or we can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. If you choose our label, a $10.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.

🌍 International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking. At this time, we cannot generate international return labels.

💸 Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. If you received your item as a gift, we’re happy to issue store credit instead.

❤️ Personalized Items

Due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or monogrammed products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
