- Ready to Ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
- During launches, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may take a bit longer.
- Pre‑order items will ship based on the estimated timeline listed on each product page.
đźšš Shipping Times & Methods
All orders ship from Savannah, GA using reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited U.S. Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)
Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after your package is scanned.
🧵 Pre‑Orders
Pre‑order items are made‑to‑order with care and ship according to the timeline provided in each product listing.
If your order contains both pre‑order and ready‑to‑ship items, they may ship together once everything is ready — unless noted otherwise.

Shipping rates are flat‑rate per order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.
